Jerry Smaaslet is from Fort Ware, BC. Jerry is a member of the Carrier Sikanni Nation. He is currently serving a life prison sentence in the Fraser Valley. Jerry enjoys writing, spiritual advising, hunting, fishing, and living with nature. His hopes for the future include a special relationship with his son, and his continued journey back to nature and Mother Earth. He also hopes that others, especially the young, can learn from his mistakes.
