Amber Dawn is the editor of the queer weird anthology Fist of the Spider Woman: Tales of Fear and Queer Desire (2009). Her debut novel, Sub Rosa (2010), is an award-winning sex worker portal dark fantasy, and her sophomore novel, Sodom Road Exit (2018), is a mix of paranormal horror and chosen family domestic drama. She teaches speculative fiction writing and other creative genres at Douglas College.
