JOHN ELIZABETH STINTZI is a non-binary poet and novelist who was raised on a cattle farm in northwestern Ontario. They are the winner of the 2019 RBC Bronwen Wallace Award for Emerging Writers and the Malahat Review’s 2019 Long Poem Prize, and their work can be found in the Malahat Review, PRISM International, Kenyon Review Online, and Ploughshares. They are the author of the novel Vanishing Monuments (Arsenal Pulp Press), as well as two previous chapbooks of poetry. They currently live and work in the United States.
