Michael Crummey is a native of Newfoundland, a poet, short story writer and novelist. His short story collection is titled Flesh and Blood. The most recent of his three novels, Galore, was a finalist for the Governor General’s Award for Fiction and the winner of the 2010 Commonwealth Writers’ Prize for Best Novel.
