Fionn Shea

Fionn Shea is an actor, activist, musician, and writer from New Hampshire. Their background in the arts is varied. Shakespearian theatre, New England contra dance music, and house-training a baby lamb have all been in the mix. Fionn’s writing has appeared on New Hampshire Public Radio and in the Concord Monitor, and they have worked for organizations such as the American Civil Liberties Union of New Hampshire and the National Abortion Rights Action League. Fionn is an habitual tea-drinker, a huge Hamilton geek, and a marketing assistant for Blasty Bough Brewing Company, in that order. At age twelve they were the youngest person ever awarded a state-sponsored apprenticeship to study traditional music, and in the same year, covered the Democratic National Convention for a national youth magazine—their biggest accomplishments so far, however, are knowing how to operate a rototiller and make maple syrup. Fionn is currently completing a ba Honours degree in English at Memorial University of Newfoundland.
