ERIKA THORKELSON is a freelance journalist and writer of fiction and creative non-fiction. Her work has appeared in local and national publications, including the Vancouver Sun, Maisonneuve, The Walrus, Hazlitt, and Room magazine. She’s an occasional host of The Storytelling Show on Vancouver Co-op Radio and teaches humanities at Emily Carr University of Art + Design.
