Gail Marlene Schwartz (St-Armand, Quebec) Gail Marlene Schwartz was a semi-finalist in the Tishman Review’s Tillie Olsen Short Story Award, 2017, a finalist in the Malahat Review's Open Season Award 2014, fiction, and received Honourable Mention from Room Magazine, 2012, creative nonfiction. Her work has appeared in anthologies How To Expect What You’re Not Expecting (TouchWood Editions, 2013) and Hidden Lives (Brindle and Glass, 2012) as well as literary magazines including Room Magazine online, Witty Bitches, Wilde Magazine, Sunday@6, and Poetica Magazine. Gail sunlights as a copywriter (gailwrites.net) and lives in St-Armand, Quebec with her wife and son.
