From: Breaking Boundaries
Memoire of a gay immigrant from Japan. A song is woven throughout the work.
Masaki Kidokoro is a Japanese immigrant who identifies himself as a gay male. From a 10-year-old listening to English lyrics from stereos, he has been deeply fascinated by how different languages frame human emotions in various ways. Along with his interest in languages, capturing questions of life by music writing became his creative output. After graduating in English Literature from Senshu University, Japan, Masaki moved to Canada in search of different scopes for life. He has previously organized non-profit activities for LGBTQ inclusiveness in Calgary. His current interests are in leadership training and cognitive psychology.
